Legal Question in Family Law in California

I filed for custody and court awarded me temp custody pending hearing. I also put that I wanted the other parent to have supervised visits supervised by her father every other weekend. I can't find her and have no way of serving her... Do I have to provide her father the deemed supervisor copies of the papers?

You're required to serve the papers on your ex so the court has jurisdiction over her. Please meet with an experienced family law attorney to explore your options.
