I now have full custody of my child and her mother has no visitation, Do I still have to pay my child support that was based on a 60%her 40% me?

If the custody order still says 60/40, you need to get the change formalized in a modified order and ask for support modification at the same time. If you already have a new order, you should have gotten a support modification at the same time. File for one immediately. You are liable for the support you are ordered to pay until you file a motion to change it. Then when the motion is heard, if you ask properly the support will be adjusted back to the date of filing the motion. You generally can't go back before that.
