Legal Question in Family Law in California

If I gave up all my rights would I have to pay childsupport??? Or if I had supervised visits would I pay childsupport??

1. You cannot give up "all" your rights unless someone is adopting your child.

2. Unless someone else adopts your child, you still hold the responsibility to support your child.

3. If you have supervised visits, yes, you would still have to pay child support.
