Hello,

My husband and myself got married in india. later i came to US on marital status as married to pursue my further studies recently i got to know that my husband without my consent came to US on status single without my knowledge and started to do his masters. I would like to file a cheating case on him and send him back to his home town. he cheated me and now threatening me not to have any relationship with him. Please help me.

You cannot sue him for cheating. You can however sue him for a divorce and request 1/2 of all property, except gifts or inheritance, that he obtained during the marriage.
