Legal Question in Family Law in California

I helped my ex "husband" (we weren't legally married) set up his online banking account to check balances, debits, etc. We are no longer together, but I still have access to the account. He has not paid one dime for his 2 small children, but is spending hundreds of dollars a month on porn sites, escorts, etc. My question is - can I bring this up to the judge (with print outs) since he is claiming financial hardship, or will I be in trouble for accessing his info? He only gets SSI, but he recently opened a credit card with a $1000 limit, and has spent almost $800 of it already on porn sites and at liquor stores. He is trying to fight me for custody of our kids, and I need this info to show he is unfit, as well as irresponsible. Thank you so much!
