Legal Question in Family Law in California

My Husband took my kids to california almost a year ago. How can I get them back?

I live in Nevada. He kept saying he was just going California short term to visit Grandpa and I believed him. Not anymore. Now the kids are under California jurisdiction. What can I do?

Does Nevada Ex Parte work?

Well it seems self-evident that he did not intend to just visit. He may have established jurisdiction for the children in Nevada requiring that you initiate a request for the children's return in that jurisdiction. Please contact Nevada family law attorney to explore your legal options.
