What exactly does Injured spouse really mean? Does filing jointly with your spouse who owes arrears protect the new wife from this? Can the ex-wife come after the new wife for arrears if the spouse who owes become deceased? What is the best way for married couples to file their taxes when another spouse owes child support arrears?
