Legal Question in Family Law in California

My kids were taken by cps. I have six months to get all my classes done. I was woundering if it would get my kids out of the foster home and with family quicker or immediatelty if I relinquish my rights and allow the grandparents to adopt.

Not really. A guardianship would need to be established and an investigation still conducted. Also if your parents would need to be ideal caregivers.
