A paralegal does not possess the legal training of an attorney. A paralegal cannot appear with you in court. Dealing with the complex interpersonal ,psychological and legal issues affecting child custody placement is not a "add water and stir "situation of filling out judicial council forms and hoping for the best. Please meet with an experienced family law attorney to explore your legal options.
