Legal Question in Family Law in California

I'm married and have been in divorce proceedings for 7 months. I want to take out an equity loan in my house from a previous marriage. I have been married 1 yr before she put in the divorce papers. In our first court, the judge told her that she has no rights to my house or assets I had before we got married . Will it affect my divorce if I get a loan and will I have to share the money from this loan with her before the divorce gets settled.??

Because you both are controlled by automatic temporary restraining orders, it's best to get a court order to permit you to do this refinance.
