If you are certain of the date of the marriage, you need not follow up with any certificate. If you believe that your ex is going to contest the fact that there's a marriage, then it's important for you to meet with an experienced family law attorney to explore your legal options.

The fact of the marriage is not contested if it took place and you are able to recall the exact date. Indeed, you need to speak to an experienced family law attorney that can inform you of your legal rights if you are concerned about this fact.

If you wish to speak to a competent attorney that can do just that, give us a call at (888) 790-5053 and/or visit our website at www.coronacalawyer.com.
