Legal Question in Family Law in California

what can I do? When the mother dose do what cort orders say .went to police they did nothing.even after two timesi tryied.this is in belmont ca. Can i sue the mother of my kids in sivel court.for liying in court. Not let thekids bond with dad.

The matter remains in family court. You can file contempt charges against her for failing to obey the court's orders and or you can also modify the order based on her failure to insure continued and frequent contact with you. I would suggest you get an attorney who specializes in family law. Good luck.

You may also consider a return to court for enforcement of the existing orders and request a status hearing at some future date to ascertain if mother is in compliance with the visitation plan. If mother continues to sabotage visitation, you may wish to consider a custody change.
