My mother passed away, and I am looking for forms for Power of attorney for my 13yr old brother. My mother left him in my care however we were unable to take care of the paperwork. Where can I get the proper documents for power of attorney to be notarized.

Who is going to sign the power of attorney? Where is the child's father? A Guardianship may be required. In any case more information is need to get a meaningful response.
