Legal Question in Family Law in California

My mother has a restraining order against sister. On that order My aunt is also retrained from her dad. Grandfather passed and now daughter wants to see her father. Can she?

Your question is not clear. But assuming that Grandfather is your aunt's father, the restraining prevents her from being around your mother and father. The father of your mother and Aunt is dead there is little she can do to harm him. Out of compassion arrangements could be made for aunt to see father prior to the funeral serviced and perhaps attend the funeral. Aunt should not sit with the rest of the family and should sit in the back away from your mother.
