Legal Question in Family Law in California

Ex non-payment of support is hidding assets

My Ex owes arrears on support, medical, and equalization. Ex has remarried and has purchased home, title is in her maiden name only and as single person, although married at time of purchase. Also owns business and that is also only in her name (married name). What would be all of my options for pursuing this matter? Is this fraud, racketeering, etc..? What type of an offence is this? Should this be reported to the D.A., or who?

I'd start with the DA, unless you want to hire a private attorney. The Family Law Information Center in your local courthouse may also be a good resource.

If you want to do an asset search, my web site has some good suggestions. The URL is www.yourdivorceadvisor.com. Click on "resources".

Good luck.
