paternity testing

13 years after saying a child is not yours can the county come after you for child support with out giving the option of a paternity test

Re: paternity testing

The county cannot obtain child support unless there is a court order finding you are the father of the child. There is a new code section that provides for dna testing for paternity. check with an attorney regarding this matter.
