Do you have to pay for appellate court? Can the county provide free services to you on appellate court?

Yes there are fee waivers in appellate court, you would need to consult with an apellate lawyer for the process of filing an appeal. An appeal is a complicated process and you need to also get a copy of the transcript for the record.

For self represented individuals, you can always check out the family law facilitator in your local court house for self help. Additionally, please consult with a local attorney prior to taking any legal action.
