Re: Ex not paying court ordered spousal support

Your problem is one of proof to the court that he has made those transfers. Your attorney should be able to advise you on how you can obtain such proof for the court and how to collect the back support. It is very difficult to advise without more detailed knowledge of your case. Discuss your differences with your attorney with him. If you do not trust him, you should find an attorney that you do trust, but give him a chance to work through this with you first. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
