Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex is not paying his half of the debt that was ordered by the judge in our divorce in Nevada. We both live in Ca...can I go back to Nevada to file contempt? I am getting no where with filing in Ca. I am being told I need to go back to the original court.

Can the Nevada court file an order to garnish his paycheck>

You do need to have the Nevada court handle the matter. That means you should be posting in the category for Nevada attorneys to answer, and not California.
