I am planning to get marry in a couple of month, tell me how I can protect myself from my future husband child suport debits. He was told by the child support service as long as we do not owe anything together. I work and have my own home and bank acct. I do want to marry this guy but I do not want his issues. I am planning to retain my name also. Do I have rights as a wife?
