Legal Question in Family Law in California

I'm in a restraining order case in contra costa county against my ex boyfriend. My ex boyfriend was charged with battery on august 8th. His arraignment is on jan 30 2017. I'm also 16 weeks pregnant with his child. I have a restraining order trial coming up on the 28th. What should I do?
