With a restraining order for domestic violence and protection order for me and my sons .can there dad legally get supervised visitation rights?

Any parenting time with the child should be in the child's best interests. If it seems as if contact with the child would be harmful, then additional orders should be acquired.

Depending on the kind of domestic violence, it could be argued that the child exposed to a father who is unrepentant and is going to continue to act in this fashion would be a continuing harm to the child.
