Legal Question in Family Law in California

Signed dismissal, now can't see kids!

I Filed for divorce and child custody/visitation. The other parent and I decided not to take the children through the court system and finally agreed to shared time with the children so I signed her request for dismissal of the custody case. Now she is being extremly difficult and will not let me see the children. Am I able to re-file for visitation/custody?

You can file a new motion to modify custody and visitation. The court retains jurisdiction over the issue of custody and visitation until the child is 18. After the court has made a custody and visitation order there must be a significant change in circumstances before the court will hear another motion.
