Legal Question in Family Law in California

After signing a Judgement, Stipulation to Waive Service of Final Disclosure, Declaration of Service of Preliminary Disclosure and Appearance, Stipulatuon and Waiver form ,will it take for judgement in finalizing of my divorce?

If you are indicating that all parties signed the documents that you have listed, and just submitted the paperwork, rather than having a court date, it will depend on the backlog of the particular court that the paperwork was filed in. Also, if there are any problems with any of the paperwork submitted, there is a possibility, that the Judgment package could be rejected. Also, I am assuming that at least 6 months have already gone by since the time that the Respondent was either served, or filed their Response to the Dissolution.
