Legal Question in Family Law in California

My son is 13 and does not want to visit his Father. His Father lets him chose but I'm afraid one day he will have the police force him out. At what age does the law enforcement stop enforcement?

18 years old, the age of majority. You may wish to modify the current orders to reflect the current parenting plan, but it is important for you to consult with an attorney before you do that. An attorney would need to evaluate your case to examine the cost versus benefit of "rocking the boat." You can go to our website for more information at www.familylawsandiego.com
