Legal Question in Family Law in California

My son's father and I have a custody agreement through the court; overnight visits every other weekend with father. I have a restraining order against him due to domestic violence and verbal harrassment. We do not have each others phone numbers nor email addresses, as he is unable to communicate without harrassing me. We are ordered to comminucate through the Family Wizard, but he has yet to register. However, when we exchange the child, he harrassess me verbally using all sorts of foul language, even in front of my child. I have tried telling the court and even the police but they are unable to take any action due to lack of evidence. It is extremely draining to have to listen to him call me every name in the book, especially in front of the child. Any suggestions on what I should do to put an end to this?

Return to court requesting that the court mandate that dad sign up for Family Wizard and use this contact program and that failure to do so would allow for visitation suspension. Request a return date to see if dad has complied.
