Legal Question in Family Law in California

If my sons father took my son and I wasn't able to get him while we were at court house deputies said he could cause at that time I had a warrant which now is clear and I have full sole custody can I go and pick my son up without going to jail

Have a police standby, a copy of the court order giving you sole custody. The go to his home or wherever he has the children and pick them up. Consulting with an attorney would allow you more options to have your children returned.
