Can the spouse change the amount of child support after the divorce is final?

Child Support is modifiable until the child reaches 18, if graduated from high school, or, 19 or the actual date of graduation, whichever comes first. One just needs to show a change in circumstances, in either party's income or in the amount of visitation.

Mr. Schneider is correct. Any time until child support terminates, either party can file a motion or OSC to have it modified any time there is a change of financial circumstances that would result in a meaningfully different outcome when the facts and figures are run through the Dissomaster program.
