Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am suing my ex wife for unpaid cell phone bills that accumulated after the divorce was finalized as well as car insurance. I am also seeking to have my separations date moved from 2011apr to 2008? is this possible, by the way, my ex wife has also filed a suit against my claims. she works for a family law office and also deals with immigration laws. Please help!!!

If there is already a judgment regrading the division of debts, that agreement only divides debt accumulated during the marriage (between the date of marriage and the date of separation). If one party pays a debt which another party was responsible, the party who paid the debt can get an order for repayment. Modifying the date of separation after a judgment has been entered can be difficult since it can effect the division of assets and debts.
