Legal Question in Family Law in California

Not Following the Visitation Court Order

The mother of my son follows the court order when she wants too. The court order states that each parent is allowed one week of uninterrupted vacation time a year and must give a 30 day notice. I gave my 30 day notice and she is refusing to show. I already have 3 police reports showing visits that she did not appear to bring our son. In addition to that she refuses to give me our sons medical history. He has asthma and she wont tell me if he is taking medicine or if he is allergic to anything. I dont know who his doctor is or I dont have a copy of his medical insurance card. I dont even know if he has insurance. How do I get that information and how do I get her to complie with the court order. Does anyone represent Ventura County for a resonable price so that I can take her to Civil court to ask the judge to hold her in contempt? Is there a way to get her to complie without going that route? She is unreasonable and does not want to compromise. She tells me and my son that I am not his father and that he has a dad. We have been to court twice to modify the court order because she doesn't follow it . Each time they cut down my visitation time when she is breaking the court order. I think it is time to seek legal help!
