Legal Question in Family Law in California

My wife wants a divorce in California. Now I had to purchase a gold watch, since in Mexico City, a Plant Engineer never sees an engineer during a meeting, only the CEO and his associates. Then what is done, they all raise their sleeves to show that they are in their social class and I needed to do the same. Now is the watch under these circumstances community property. My wife did not work in Mexico City.

If any high-end asset is purchased during the course of the marriage with earnings, the court considers that asset community property. More information about the value of the watch is needed to ascertain whether not this is something that can be awarded to you in the overall division of property.
