Legal Question in Family Law in California

My wife filed for divorce almost a year ago, but we reconciled 4 months after, and I ended up moving into her apartment and continued my role as a homedad. Recently, she put me in a mental ward claiming I'm mentally unstable and suicidal. The Doctors ruled it out and diagnosed me as normal, and let me out early. When I came home, I found out she put a restraining order based on the fact that I was sent to the ward, which I can now prove from the doctors diagnosis, I'm not what she claims I am. I haven't been served yet, but I'm staying away from her and the home, and unfortuantely my son, just incase. I just learned that she plans to move out in couple days. Is she allowed to do that while there's a pending courtdate? All my belongings are at the apartment. And if I can get the restraining order dismissed, what should I be asking for?
