Legal Question in Family Law in California
my wife and i want to move out of state, we currently live in california, and are planning on moving to Hawaii. My wife is a nurse and has physical problems that would be greatly decreased by moving there. my wife has physical custody of her children and the order states that she can move as long as she gives 45 days notice, and doesnt move out of the country. should we expect any problems so long as we file the change in visitation before we move?

That's a highly unusual order, but if that's what it says, that's what it says. Her ex could file a motion to modify the order. Without knowing more I can't say whether that is likely, much less what his chances would be.
