Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

When dealing with judicial misconduct that is so blatant, selective, malicious, vindictive and biased, how can anybody deal with this kind of behavior? What remedies do I have?

Ive been repeatedly threatened with further retaliation and told to move out of town. I fear they will further persecute me if I recuse the judge or file a writ of mandamus or writ of prohibition. Any advice would be very appreciated. Thank you.

You seem to be a defendant in a criminal case, but you posted your question under civil litigation. I suggest re-posting it under criminal law.
