dismissal wrong party los angeles

i have a court date this week. under 25,000.00 complaint for medical bills for dependent child ( 3 years old ). received exhibits last week and they are my bills not my childs. is this grounds for dismissal?

No. If you have been properly served with the summons and complaint, you are a proper party. If the other side has given you the wrong evidentiary items, you may have a defense against the claim, or at least a basis for the case to be continued until you get the correct bills.
