What is the distinction between a judge's "statement of decision" and a judge's "order of the court", i.e., what is expected to be a part of the "statement of decision" as opposed to what is normally given in a "court of order"?

The statement of decision is the grounds and analysis presented by the judge in making his or her ruling. The order of the court is what the actual orders are.
