if I have a judgment against a corp. and the "owner" changes the companies name what do I file to go after the "new" company

I suggest that you speak to an attorney. You may have to file a motion to amend the judgment, if the new entity is really the old corporation with a different name. There are special rules involving corporations that are dissolved, renamed, etc.
