i and my lender agreed to a cash for keys deal. i am to be out on oct.12. i was served with a notice to vacate on oct 4th. what should i do

You agreed to move out by October 12 and apparently received cash to move out. Failing to move out on or before October 12, would be a breach of that agreement.
