Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California
I let my neighbor plug into my elec. box, we live in an rv park. Things weren't working out, my bills more then doubled. I gave them at least 2 weeks notice that I would be disconnecting them. I've sent them letters asking them to pay what they owe, 239.89, yet they refuse. Can I sue them in small claims court and ask for punitive damages?
