Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

I am the plaintiff in a class action lawsuit. We are going to a mandatory settlement conference, how do I go about getting the maximum incentive award? The settlement will be divided by the number of violations, me having 9 verses some of the class members having 25 violations.

I did a lot of research on this case, before I got the attorney's, went to depositions, interrogatories and to court hearings. I want to get more than the attorneys want to give me, how do I go about it.

Thanking you in advance,

Catti Landers

Do you have an attorney? You simply negotiate and if you can't agree then you go to trial and the judge/jury decides.
