Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

i have a question about parking tickets.. My friend ingnored a bunch of tickets and court dates. A judgement was made to pay $9000.00. which includes 9% interest per day when she finally showed up. The judge said that there would be another court date. The court date has arrived, what is it for?

At the previous date they asked her what her finances were, and she did not divulge much. What can she do?

Other than learning to obey the parking laws, your "friend" should get a lawyer ASAP before she ends up having her wages garnished or worse, finds herself in jail for contempt of a court order.

That's a lot of parking tickets! It is nice of you to go around seeking legal advice for your "friend." Mr. Reich is right, your "friend" needs to get a lawyer. (And quit parking next to that fire hydrant.)
