Statute of limitation analyses can be complicated and thus are generally not determined in the vacuum of an online forum such as this one. Contact a local attorney who can review your particular facts.

Generally, merely disputing charges with your bank can probably be done any time - there may be some procedure or time period you agreed to when you opened the account. The longer you wait, the less likely the bank will be to reverse any charges. So check with the bank on that issue. There could be several statute of limitations that might apply to your situation and it may depend on who you intend on suing. Two, three and four year periods could possibly apply to your situation.
