Legal Question in Civil Litigation in California

Is ther a statute of limitations for kidnapping on a civil case? its been 25 years sence my uncle dad ( mom left bio dad for older brother and had a daughter my sister/cousin) and grandparents took my sister and I from ok to ca without my mothers knowledge witch lead to my physical abuse and my sister being molested . uncle dad has fleed the country years ago so is there a case agenst the grandparents or has it just been to long ?

It's probably too late for a civil case, although a civil claim of childhood sexual abuse might still be a viable claim. You might re-post for a criminal attorney to respond about criminal statutes of limitation.
