Legal Question in Health Care Law in California
I am a healthy, full time employee at a company that doesn't offer health insurance, so I've applied for it on my own. I applied to Blue Cross/Shield of California and was declined but they would not provide me with a reason. How do I understand/defend what the issue is if I am not provided a reason or any information for the rejection? Is this legal? What options do I have other then to keep going through lists of insurers?
