Legal Question in Health Care Law in California

Medicare Supplemental denies payment due to patient age.

Supplemental insurer denied payment for chiropractic care on a patient after turning 100. Reasion for denial ''inappropriate due to patient age''. Medicare approved the treatment. No study, research, literature or other body has ever claimed chiropractic is only age appropriate and the denial is without basis.
