Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Hello I came here in the US in 1988. I was petition by my US citizen mother as a single son but was already married arriving here in the US. My marriage has been nullified already in the Philippines and also filed a divorce here and been married to my second wife since 2006. My question is there a chance for me to become a US citizen? And I know that I may be deported in this situation. What is the best way for me to do? Can I apply for a waiver also?

Hi. More information is needed to determine whether or not you're eligible for a waiver or how to proceed. I appreciate message boards greatly but with the complexity of immigration situations, they are no substitute for an in person or telephonic consultation. There are many ways to protect individuals from removal or apply for waivers or obtain other benefits and most are fact specific and they hinge on the tiniest of details. Thus, more information is needed. Please give us a call or another lawyer on this website or at AILA.org.
