Go to any County Clerk's office, get a license, then find someone to marry you. The process is quick. Then, you can adjust status for your wife from an F non-immigrant visa to a conditional green card. She can also obtain an employment authorization document that will allow her to work while the green card is pending.

You would be able to marry and then proceed with an adjustment of status for her lawful permanent residency.
