Dear Sir. I Receive a Job offer fm USA California.my Employer assign a consultant in India to process my

H1B VISA APPLICATION requirements in us embassy in New Delhi.they process my Employment authorization card. And Health insurance policy.with cost of more then 4500 USD.now they are asking for anti Terrorism certificate to stamp my Visa on passport with assign consulat office appointment. Before getting thisvi havd to pay USD 4500 More to get this. Please need your Support and advise my inquiry. Many Thanks

It sounds like you are being ripped off. Why are you paying for this and not the employer? It doesn't sound like the "consultant" in India is actually a lawyer authorized to practice U.S. federal law. I'm not sure how the health insurance factors in since it is unrelated to the H-1B process. I have never heard of an anti-terrorism certificate. Was a Dept. of Labor Certification actually obtained? Has the H-1B petition been approved?
