Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Hello,

I don't know what to fill as intended date of departure on my advanced parole document since my flight dates are still not finalized.

What should I write there?

Also, I would like them to expedite this request so can I send them two FEDEX self addressed envelope or does it have to be USPS?

You can just write down an estimation of when you will take the trip and for how long. Expedited requests are not usually granted unless there is good reason to. Please contact me to discuss this matter further.
