Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Hi,

My husband sponsored me to have a green card in 2012. Unfortunately, my husband passed away for cancer in 2014 and then I have just got approval to renew my green card for 10 years. In my case, when can I qualify to apply for Naturalize Citizenship? If I am still in the status of widow (not remarried yet), could I apply for USA Citizenship after 3 years having green card? or I need to wait for 5 years to qualify? Please, advise.
